The location was great and the room was exactly as comfortable and well-appointed as you'd expect from a Hilton. The kitchenette was a nice feature and allowed us to save a bit of money during our stay (which was great, given how expensive Whistler can be). Gordon on reception was very helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Location right off the highway was awesome, right across from the driving range was a beautiful view and easily accessible, ability to walk right out into the village was great, and the room was huge! Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! The jetted Spa tub in the room was an awesome bonus, and and just having to walk downstairs for an actual massage treatment was a true treat ! 🙂

Professional courteous staff. Clean hotel (rooms and common areas). Great location. Easy check in. Helpful front office staff and concierge. Front desk were very helpful regarding our luggage delivery from the airline in the middle of the night. Front office staff responded professionally and quickly to our complaint when room next door had a party after 9 pm.Good stay! Will be back.

The property was undergoing a refurbishment but it didn’t impact us at all. The rooms and facilities were very comfortable and warm. It’s located right in the middle of lower Village about 100 metres from the Whistler and Excalibur Gondolas. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Exceeded our expectations

got upgrade to the largest two room suite on the property....ro 633 with my mom, 2 kids and dog. nicest and largest suite I have ever stayed in anywhere in my 47 years. Loved it! Gorgeous. Staff was great but coffee shop service in hotel was TERRIB:E, only let down was that.

Jarod, at the front desk, was awesome. Comp'ed our parking and gave us breakfast vouchers because we were celebrating our anniversary. It was greatly appreciated. The room was great, everyone was very helpful.

Perfect location, close to the village and all the restaurants. Good facilities at the hotel and very nice staff. Enclosed parking. Right next to the village Gondola and public golf course. Good swimming pool, gym, sauna and spa. Beautiful view of the mountains and the Gondola.
